A name or location entered into a search box is sent to the outside provider that runs that tool. Utah Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms govern its handling of the query once it receives it.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If you send a message, its contents and reply address are kept so the operator can respond. They are not shared outside the organization unless the law requires it or a service provider must process the message to deliver a reply.
Technical Data and Cookies

Requests About Your Data
You may contact the site operator to ask about personal data held directly by this service. Depending on what is kept and what law applies, a request may ask to:

- Delete information that can be removed.

Search-query requests must also go to the provider that received the query; this site cannot retrieve or change a partner's records.
