Utah Busted Mugshots is a private reference service, not a government office. It cannot confirm whether someone is in custody or has been released, provide or remove a booking photo, post bond, or retrieve an official record. Contact the agency that holds the record for a current answer.
Choose the Office That Holds the Record
Utah keeps arrest, court, and corrections information in separate systems. Start with the event or record you need, then use the official custodian's current contact route:
- For a county arrest or jail booking, choose the county in the Utah County Directory. The county page points to its sheriff or jail roster and records instructions.
- For a statewide record overview or a booking-record request path, use the Utah arrest-record search page.
- For a filed case or court outcome, use Utah Courts Xchange or contact the clerk for the court that handled the case.
- For a person currently under state corrections supervision, use the UDC offender search. UDC's current contact and records route lists Department instructions.
- For federal prison custody, use the Bureau of Prisons locator. It does not provide a public booking-photo search.
- For a person in immigration custody, use the ICE Online Detainee Locator and follow its search limits.
A record correction should go to the publisher or agency that controls that copy. A private site cannot change a county roster, court docket, UDC profile, or outside publisher's page.
